This guide is intended to show you how reset your own password via the Microsoft 365 Self service password reset feature
First you will need to browse to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com which will show you a screen like the one below.
Enter your work email address and fill out the Captcha request
Now you’ll need to enter multi-factor authentication code from your authenticator app or have Microsoft text you if you have SMS setup
Once this has also been satisfied you can now reset your password
Now you have the ability and know how to reset your own password should you lose access or forget your password in the future.
