Meet the team

Brighton IT Branch - Part of the FluidOne Group

Led by CEO, Paul Kahn, FluidOne is composed of some of the best talents in the industry, from Group level to every branch. Together they combine their knowledge of the business, customers, products, the external experience of scale, acquisitions and organic sales growth to drive FluidOne towards its goal of becoming the best quality Connected Cloud Solutions provider to UK businesses.

Graham Lind

Chairman

With over three decades of leadership at the Brighton branch, including a long tenure as Managing Director, Graham now serves as Non‑Executive Chairman of FluidOne’s Brighton operation.  This role allows him to provide on-going support for both the local branch and wider FluidOne group, as well as provide a strategic oversight, continuity for clients and support governance for the leadership team.  He continues also to support Arsenal and enjoying a few more rounds of golf.

Gary Jowett

Operations Director

In 1996, Gary staged a management buyout of CNC who, along with his co-director Graham Lind, shared a vision to transform the company into a service-based business, with customer service excellence at its core.

Gary provides vision and leadership to FluidOne Brighton's growth operation, targeting operational excellence across all departments and ensuring the company is the best version of itself day-in and day-out for its staff and customers alike.

Gary can often be found doing his best Bradley Wiggins impression cycling across the South Downs, watching Formula One and standing on the terraces of the Amex cheering on Brighton FC (not at the same time, unless the boys in blue and white are doing particularly bad).

Adrian Cragg

Technical Director

Adrian brings a unique skillset to FluidOne Brighton's Management Team, having carried out senior roles within all areas of the MSP industry, from service to projects, onboarding and sales support duties.

Adrian joined the company in 2004, quickly working his way up and becoming a Technical Director in 2019. Adrian is committed to maintaining an intricate understanding of what FluidOne's customers want in terms of the services they receive, the solutions they benefit from and -specific technologies that are on the horizon.

Outside of FluidOne, Adrian is usually seen chasing a shuttlecock around a badminton court with varying degrees of success – although he is adamant that Olympic glory is just around the corner.

Graham Dyer

Professional Services Director

Graham holds the monumental responsibility of overseeing all of FluidOne Brighton’s project installations and internal changes, ensuring that we keep our clients – and ourselves – one step ahead of the technological curve.

Commercial IT is in a state of constant flux. Graham’s job is to keep our finger on the pulse and introduce new technologies across our entire product range, from new M365 services to backup and storage systems, telephony solutions and remote working methodologies.

In his spare time Graham enjoys a good old-fashioned hike in the countryside and growing vegetables.

James Packer

Commercial Director - Brighton Branch

James has been part of the business since July 2025, joining as Commercial Director after a career built across both technical delivery and senior leadership within the MSP sector. Having started out in hands-on IT, James is Microsoft 365 and Azure qualified and also holds PRINCE2 and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certifications, giving him a rare blend of technical, security and governance expertise. In his role, James leads commercial strategy, client engagement and solution design, working closely with customers to help them modernise through cloud, security and AI.

With many years spent in general management and senior leadership roles at multinational MSPs, James brings extensive experience in driving growth, building high-performing teams and delivering complex transformation programmes for SMB and enterprise clients alike.

Outside of work, James is an avid golfer who enjoys the challenge, focus and strategy the game brings, a passion that mirrors his approach to business: always looking for the best shot, even when the fairway gets tricky.

Jesse Harfield

Group Managing Director – IT Services

Jesse has been a part of FluidOne since December 2023, first joining the group as Interim Branch Manager of FluidOne Camberley. In addition to his branch management duties, he has served as Group Managing Director – IT Services since April 2025, managing the group’s IT pillar across multiple branches nationwide. In this capacity, Jesse leads the integration of five acquired IT business units into one, driving strategic sales growth for both SMB and Enterprise customers.

With over three decades in the IT and technology sectors, many of them spent as a Managing Director or Sales Director, Jesse has acquired extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, and overseeing organisational growth.
