Meet the management team

Brighton IT Branch - Part of the FluidOne Group

Graham Lind

Managing Director

With overall responsibility for CNC’s Account Management and Sales activities, Graham has been helping businesses put together innovative, commercially-focused IT solutions for the past 34 years.

Whether it’s maximising his clients’ ROI, or solving longstanding operational problems (usually both!), Graham believes that the smart application of technology has the power to fundamentally transform a company’s business practices for the better.

Graham uses his extensive knowledge of the latest trends in innovation to ensure that CNC’s customers invest wisely in all aspects of their network – from hardware acquisitions to large-scale infrastructure improvements.

When he’s not strategising over IT networks, Graham enjoys a round or ten of golf, reading about history and fully admits to being a glutton for punishment in his ongoing love affair with Arsenal FC.

Russell Horton

Chairman and CEO of FluidOne

In my position as Chairman, I offer strategic advice and guidance, while also identifying and pursuing opportunities for wider collaboration with other members of the FluidOne Group.

Having started my career as an accountant over 30 years ago, I have been involved in IT and Telecoms since 1994. Over that time, a large part of my career has focused on the integration of service-rich technology businesses to deliver joined-up solutions for our customers. I’ve been involved in over 20 acquisitions, ensuring the successful onboarding of organisations to build a strong employee culture that’s the bedrock of world-class customer service.

I joined FluidOne in 2018 and led an MBO that acquired the business in February 2019 with a vision to build the best quality provider of Connected Cloud Solutions. I am very proud of what we have achieved to date, trebling in size in the first 5 years, earning a market-leading Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 88 from our customers, and being voted by our staff in the top 50 technology companies to work for in the UK. Brighton is a great fit within the group, delivering excellent service to customers, with a loyal and skilled team built on a foundation of strong values.

I am married with 4 children, so my family keeps me fairly occupied outside of work! I also enjoy England rugby and like to keep fit with weightlifting, running and karate (I’m a black belt in the Seiki-Juku style).

Gary Jowett

Operations & Marketing Director

In 1996, Gary staged a management buyout of CNC who, along with his co-director Graham Lind, shared a vision to transform the company into a service-based business, with customer service excellence at its core.

Gary provides vision and leadership to CNCs growth operation, targeting operational excellence across all departments and ensuring the company is the best version of itself day-in and day-out for its staff and customers alike.

Gary can often be found doing his best Bradley Wiggins impression cycling across the South Downs, watching Formula One and standing on the terraces of the Amex cheering on Brighton FC (not at the same time, unless the boys in blue and white are doing particularly bad).

Adrian Cragg

Technical Director

Adrian brings a unique skillset to CNC’s Management Team, having carried out senior roles within all areas of the MSP industry, from service to projects, onboarding and sales support duties.

Adrian joined the company in 2004, quickly working his way up and becoming a Technical Director in 2019. Adrian is committed to maintaining an intricate understanding of what CNCs customers want in terms of the services they receive, the solutions they benefit from and -specific technologies that are on the horizon.

Outside of CNC, Adrian is usually seen chasing a shuttlecock around a badminton court with varying degrees of success – although he is adamant that Olympic glory is just around the corner.

Graham Dyer

Professional Services Director

Graham holds the monumental responsibility of overseeing all of CNC’s project installations and internal changes, ensuring that we keep our clients – and ourselves – one step ahead of the technological curve.

Commercial IT is in a state of constant flux. Graham’s job is to keep CNC’s finger on the pulse and introduce new technologies across our entire product range, from new M365 services to backup and storage systems, telephony solutions and remote working methodologies.

In his spare time Graham enjoys a good old-fashioned hike in the countryside and growing vegetables.

Steve Brown

FluidOne Business IT Managing Director

An IT veteran of over 25 years, Steve’s passion has always been combining the technical offering with the people side of a business.

Steve constantly strives to increase the customer satisfaction within an organisation – it’s those moments of truth when a customer needs help that matter so much.

Away from work Steve enjoys the role of Dad’s taxi most weekends, ensuring his children are on time for football, running, boxing and whatever activity is flavour of the month. Touring the world on his Wattbike and following his football team keep him busy too!

We’re here to help to grow your business.
